No artificial light; if you know me, y’all KNOW my obsession with natural light. Fluorescent and artificial light is proven to suppress the immune system, cause insomnia, stress, eye pain, and headaches. It MAJORLY effects your melatonin levels which we need for a good night’s rest. I’ve changed all the bulbs in my house to dim amber or red/orange lights even the refrigerator. Sleep; black out curtains esp if you live in a city, optimize your air quality, set a cool temp (in 60s), put your phone on flight mode, no electronics before bed, aim for 7-8 hrs
