Imagine a world with life size pools made out of colorful, rainbow sprinkles; Editable helium inflated, sugar balloons; Giant seesaw ice cream scoopers to ride on, a land of endless amount of ice-cream art and tasty, marvelous goodies to enjoy. It almost sounds too good to be true, right? Indeed, there is a museum of ice cream and I want to give you the inside scoop on what’s good (no pun intended).

We walked to Museum of Ice Cream not having previously purchased tickets (this pop up museum is officially sold out; you need to purchase tickets online in advance) and we used ‘Manifestation' as our tool to try to get in. On our walk there, we said lets actually imagine ourselves jumping in the sprinkle pool and eating delicious ice cream inside. This is creative visualization at its finest. We walked up to the ticket collectors and as they asked for our tickets, we kindly explained we did not purchase tickets, that we are best friends from upstate New York and Miami that reunited in the city and if they would simply just please let us into the exhibit, as this is how we wish to enjoy our evening. Obviously they laughed at us and told us to leave. We walked around the block eagerly, once more and we both agreed to try to use our charm and ask again.

When we asked them again, they laughed and said you won’t believe this but there was a glitch in our online booking system that moved all the 5pm reservations to 5:45pm. For the first and one time only, they were going to sell tickets at the door for the next half hour. Magnificent! & Just like that, we were in… YAS! We were ecstatic and giddy like two kids going to their favorite candy shop.

You truly can manifest anything you want. For my post on manifestation click here.

The museum of ice cream is everything you have imagined, like something out of Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory. My bestie Miltiadis and myself decided to set off on this delicious venture last week in NYC. Located in the Meatpacking district, you can find true happiness in this ice cream wonderland. This 3,000 square foot of ground floor space spans six rooms. Here you will not only find ice cream inspired art and history, but a magical land that includes a swimmable sprinkle pool. Yes, a delightful life-size pool of faux sprinkles that brings my wildly colorful, sprinkle fantasy to life.

Seesawing on an ice cream scooper in Tinder Land. Tinder collaborated with the Museum and created Tinder Land which we found in the last room. Tinder Land is a custom app that matches visitors, & can find their true flavor match. How sweet.
